Maintenance on a total station

On / Off Machine Annual Support Agreement

Standard

$1,360 /year

Included with all component purchases

  • Phone Support
    (During normal operating business hours. 7 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.)
  • Remote Technical Support
    (Teamviewer, Worksmanager)

Pro

$2,610 /year

Includes everythign from Standard and:

  • New Equipment Delivery and Overview Training*
    (Covers up to four hours on site)
  • Priority Service– 48 hours
    (Field service)

Pro Plus

$3,310 /year

Includes everything from Pro and:

  • Priority Service– 24 hours
    (Field service)
  • Annual Technology Inspection and Software Update*
    (On and off machine)
  • Service Loaner*
    (When available)
  • 5% Service Parts and Labor Discount
    (Field and bench service)

Universal Total Station Annual Support Agreement

STANDARD is required on ALL new component purchases.
A discount of 15% will be applied if purchased with a Premium Protection Plan
Total station kits will require cellular subscription for remote support.
All field service travel will be billed for all site visit at our hourly travel rate.
$300 reinstatement fee will be charged on agreements not renewed before expiration date.
$100 transfer fee for replacement components.
(*) Items require customer to request these services. If not requested, time and service do not carry over to the next year.
No hardware or software extended warranties are included. Must be purchased separately.
